There's something for everyone

Persimmon Homes thinks the price is right at its Heronsbrook development in Minster, near Ramsgate.

"Our collection of two, three and four-bedroom properties at Heronsbrook represents such great value for money," said Julia Price, of Persimmon Homes South East.

"This, coupled with the fact that mortgage lending is continuing to ease, means our purchasers aren't required to find such a large deposit as some financial institutions are starting to offer 90% mortgages."

In addition, Persimmon's recommended independent financial adviser now has access to a greater variety of fixed, variable and tracker mortgages.

Julia added: "We're here to reassure those who think they can't afford to move, that this couldn't be a better time to relocate and take advantage of the range of mortgage products available.

"Heronsbrook has a selection of apartments which are ready to move in to plus there are a number of three and four- bedroom houses which are an ideal option for downsizers and those with families."

Prices start from £122,500 for a two-bedroom apartment, from £189,995 for a three-bedroom property and from £209,775 for a four-bedroom house.

The closest train station to Heronsbrook is two miles away and the A2 is 12 miles away.
