Thieves cast a shadow over a Remembrance Sunday service in Woodchurch after they stole lead from a church roof.

Tiles worth £8,000 were taken from All Saints Church. It is the second time the church near Ashford has been targetted in a week.

The theft meant water was streaming in during the Sunday service.
