Thugs sought after alleyway attack

A MAN was pushed to the ground, kicked and had his wallet stolen in an attack by two men in an alleyway near Ramsgate town centre.

The robbery happened when the 34-year-old victim was taking a short cut between Margate Road and Station Road on Monday at 1.15pm.

Police say one of the attackers grabbed him from behind, while the second walking in front, turned, kicked him and grabbed the Nike wallet containing £170. The victim had two teeth smashed in the assault.

The offender who assaulted the victim is in his early to mid 20s, 5ft 8in and wore a navy blue shell suit top and bottoms, a baseball cap and white Reebok trainers.
