Gillingham are selling the remaining Stoke City FA Cup tickets from 9am on Wednesday morning.
Queues formed outside Priestfield last week and the majority of tickets for the match have already gone following early-purchase promotions from the club.
It is understood around 1,000 tickets remain for home fans.
Stoke City have been given an allocation of 1,000 tickets in the upper part of the Brian Moore Stand.
Any unsold tickets could be available to Gills fans at a later date with additional space available for home fans in the Town End if required.
Tickets for Gills fans will only be available from the club, in person, or by using their online facility. Phone sales are not being taken.
Gillingham take on Premier League Stoke City on Saturday, January 7.
