Unusual curve design

Among the latest unusual house designs on offer by developer Hillreed Homes is the curved Tunstall housetype at Kings Hill.

The design was inspired by the famous crescents of London and Bath, where the properties curve into a grand bow shape.

The homes are wider at the front than at the back. A semi-detached three-bedroom Tunstall is available for £292,950. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite, a family bathroom, and two more bedrooms.

On the ground floor there is a 19ft double-aspect lounge, a fitted kitchen, dining room and cloakroom. Other properties include three-bedroom, three-storey detached town houses for £344,950 and three show homes are available for viewing. Part exchange may be available.

For more information see www.hillreed.co.uk or call 01732 847500.
