Volvo revs up improvements on saloons

THERE are a host of improvements to the style, presentation, safety and driveability of Volvo's premium range of saloons, estates, coupes and convertibles for 2002, yet most prices will remain the same. Every range has stylish alloy wheels, new colours and features to offer even more value for money.

Under the skin, there are also new engines to choose from. Volvo's new Bi-Fuel engines that run on gas and petrol, plus a state-of-the-art D5 diesel engine. Driving improvements include revised engine management systems for faster, smoother throttle responses, as well as upgraded Stability and Traction Control, with Electronic Brake Assistance now available.

New models include a Sports Lux range for the S40/V40 and the special Cross Country Volvo Ocean Race Edition.
