Another yellow weather warning for rain in Kent which could lead to flooding

A further weather warning has been issued for rain as the county braces itself for another drenching.
The Met Office is predicting heavy rainfall until 5pm tonight.
People are being urged to prepare for disruption to transport and surface water flooding.
Kent has been hit by heavy downpours for the past few days, causing a build-up of water.
But the Environment Agency has not yet issued any flood alerts for the county.
A Met Office spokesman said there will be sometimes heavy outbreaks of rain this morning, remaining in the region throughout the afternoon.
The spokesman added: "Much of the warning area has seen wet weather over recent days and therefore the public should be aware that this further rain may cause minor surface water flooding and perhaps local disruption to transport."
Strong winds are also set to hit the coast.
The area could see between 20-30mm of rain, with a few spots getting around 40mm.
The deluge comes after areas including Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury were hit with flooding due to severe showers on Monday.
