THIS IS the face of a man police wish to speak to about an indecent assault in Broadstairs before Christmas.

The attack happened in Kingsgate on Sunday 23 December, at around 8.30pm.

A 17-year-old girl was sitting alone on a bench on the cliff top, at the junction of Kingsgate Avenue.

She was approached by a young man who began talking to her. He then indecently assaulted her. The girl kicked him and he ran off.

He is described as white, about 5ft 10in tall, slim and in his early twenties, with short, dark hair and facial stubble.

He was wearing a black bomber jacket with frayed sleeves, black trousers and white trainers.
