A KENT man's will shows he left assets including money and property worth almost £1 million.

Denis Smith, of St Margaret's Street, Rochester, died on June 14 with an estate valued at £933,874 gross and £867,901 net.

It is left to his widow, Joan, to whom probate has been granted.
