Animals at Howletts and Port Lympne parks will be stars of the small screen once again.

Popular childrens’ television series ROAR begins its third series on BBC 2 on Monday, November 17, for a five week run.

Presenters Matthew Skilton and Rani Price will feature animals and their keepers from both of the parks during the 25 part series, including film of a hand-reared diana monkey, Keymon.

Elsewhere, baby gorilla Tiya who is another star of the series, has now been transferred to a protected reserve in the Gabon as part of the Aspinall Foundation’s re-introduction projects.

The show is broadcast weekdays from 7.30am to 8.30am.
