POLICE are appealing for information in connection with a Slovakian national who has been missing in Medway for 6 days.

Michal Mitro is 39-years-old, 5ft fins tall and of very slim build. He has short light brown hair and blue eyes.

Mr Mitro was last seen in Luton Road, Chatham, on September 7, at around 5pm - he was wearing blue jeans, a black T-shirt, green pullover and white trainers.

The Slovakian was visiting friends and had only been in England for a couple of months.

It is not believed Mr Mitro - who speaks limited English - knows anyone else in the Medway area and he left all his belongings at the address where he stayed.
