Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a Dover teenager who has been missing for more than three days.

Karl (Ashley) Pay, who is 19, was last seen at his home address in Quebec Terrace, Dover, at 10.30pm on Friday March 26.

Karl is described as white, six feet two inches tall, of slim build, with cropped mousey brown hair and blue eyes.

Police say it is out of character for Karl to be missing and they would like him to contact them, or his family, to confirm his welfare.

Police would also like to hear from anyone who may know of his whereabouts.
