Armed police respond to 'gun incident'

Armed police have been called to an address in Cliftonville following reports of a man with a gun.

The alarm was raised by a member of the public at 3.40pm and the Kent armed response team was alerted, together with dog handlers.

A police spokeswoman confirmed the incident is under investigation, but could add no further information at the moment.
