AN 18-year-old man has been taken to hospital after being stabbed in the chest.
The attack happened at noon today in Wiles Avenue, Churchlands Estate, New Romney. The area has been cordoned off by police.
The victim was taken to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.
A 22-year-old man has been arrested and remains in custody.
