Five people were arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated assault after a disturbance in the town centre in which the windows of a flat above a bakery were smashed.
A 14-year-old girl, a 16-year-old girl, and a 16-year-old boy were cautioned after the incident in Sheerness High Street in the early hours of Wednesday.
A 14-year-old boy and 16-year-old girl are still in police custody.
Windows above the Bakers Oven were smashed overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday leaving shattered glass all over the pavement.
Part of the road was cordoned off by police to prevent passing pedestrians being hit by falling glass.
The glass was repaired on Wednesday morning,
