Ashford United will host Shoreham on their FA Vase debut in September.
The reformed Ashford will entertain Shoreham in the First Qualifying Round stage.
Other notable ties include two all-Kent League affairs with Erith Town travelling to Holmesdale and Erith & Belvedere hosting Tunbridge Wells.
Erith & Dartford Town come in at the second qualifying Round stage and have been drawn at home to Seaford Town or Cobham on September 24.
Deal will meet the winners of Ashford United and Shoreham while Sevenoaks Town travel to Three Bridges.
