A distraught witness has told how tragic Fran Foulkes died in Ibiza in front of him - as he told her she would "pull through".
Clubber Kyle McGuigan, 24, was first on the scene after seeing Fran being hit by a car.
He had been walking to a nightclub but rushed to help the stricken 21-year-old and told her "everything's going to be alright".
But Kyle, from Essex, was powerless to stop her dying - despite trying to raise the alarm.

Yesterday, Fran's grief-stricken dad told of his horror after being told his 21-year-old daughter was killed outside a club in Ibiza.
Pretty Fran died in San Antonio at 3.20am on Sunday in a suspected drink-drive incident.
Speaking on behalf of the family, father Julian Foulkes, a Special Constable with Kent Police, said: "Francesca was extremely well loved by family and friends and will be sadly missed.
"She was a very keen dancer and often used to go to Pineapple Dance studios in London at least once a week, or when she had the money to afford to go.
"She also loved buying clothes and going out with her friends to socialise.
"She would often be out at pubs and clubs during the weekends and always enjoyed herself, living life to the full.
"As well as being outgoing and popular, Francesca was also extremely kind and considerate to others.
"She would always be willing to lend money to her friends even if she didn't have much herself.
"She liked to travel, and was already planning a holiday to Mexico later in the year with her boyfriend, who she had been with since February.
"We have been speaking together and are finding comfort in each other's company. We've all been pleased to read the kind words from all of her friends that have been posted online.
"It's proved to be very reassuring to know that she was so well thought of by friends and people at work.
"In fact, we didn't realise just how many friends she had and how much everyone liked her.
"As a family we are coming to terms with our loss and would like to thank everyone for taking the time to send their thoughtful words and support.
"Francesca was a wonderful person and we are all proud of what she had achieved."
Francesca, who grew up in Wigmore, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The former Rainham School for Girls pupil was apparently crossing the road outside the Es Paradis nightclub, when she was struck by a blue Ford Focus.
She was on holiday with a group of friends at the time and was due to fly back to Britain today.
The driver initially fled the scene, but according to national newspaper reports, police later arrested a 24-year-old Spanish man in connection with the incident.
He is said to have tested positive for several illegal drugs and was three-and-a-half times over the limit.
Fran is the third pedestrian to be killed in Ibiza this summer and the sixth to die in a road accident.
She worked for Kent-based firm Cabot Financial in Kings Hill, near West Malling.
According to reports, police in San Antonio are investigating the death and have said the driver could face manslaughter charges.
A spokesman for the British Embassy in Madrid confirmed the death. "We are aware of a case of a death of a British national in Ibiza and we are providing consular assistance to her family."
