The Bank of England has been brought in to investigate an alleged counterfeit notes racket - said to be capable of producing millions of pounds in fake cash.
Police forensic teams, organised crime specialists and the bank experts visited an industrial unit on the Woodfalls Industrial Park at Gravelly Way, Laddingford, and a house in Faversham, pictured left.
It is part of an investigation into the production of counterfeit bank notes.
Detective Inspector Eddie Fox, from Kent Police, said: "This is a joint investigation between Kent Police and the Counterfeit Currency Unit of the Serious and Organised Crime Agency.
"We believe that the equipment we are examining could be capable of producing millions of pounds worth of counterfeit currency."
Two men have been arrested in connection with the raid and are being quizzed by detectives in Maidstone.
