A collection of new homes bordering the grounds of Tonbridge Grammar School will be unveiled on Saturday, August 4 by Taylor Wimpey.
Kentleys Chase is made up of 66 stylish apartments and houses aimed at a range of property seekers. Prospective buyers are invited to the marketing suite in Deakin Leas for the first chance to find out more about the development – and to take their ideal pick of the first available plots.
Jason Stokes, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, said: "Individuals, couples, families and downsizers looking for their ideal new-build home in Tonbridge should keep the date free to stand the best chance of securing their dream property here.”
According to Taylor Wimpey, Kentleys Chase will offer something for every buyer, from one and two-bedroom apartments through to two, three, four and five-bedroom houses.
Tonbridge railway station is a little over half a mile from the new homes and provides frequent services to London and Ashford. Road links include the A21 between London and Hastings and the A26 between Maidstone and Tonbridge.
