X Factor contestant Katie Waissel is just a fame-hungry girl who knows exactly what she wants.
Those are the cutting words from girl group Belle Amie, speaking exclusively to KentOnline ahead of a gig in Maidstone tonight.
The band, kicked off X Factor at the weekend, are due to appear at Liquid nightclub in Maidstone.
They told reporter Claire Gregory what they thought of Katie: "We don't really talk to her that much.
"She's a nice girl, she likes to be famous... that's what she wants and she's doing well at it. She knows what she wants."
The girls - Esther Campbell, Genena Lane, Sophia Wardman and Rebecca Creighton - also admitted to being dumbfounded when judge Louis Walsh accused their mentor Simon Cowell of not spending enough time with them.
"We felt as if we got the same treatment as the boys, and when Louis said that to us we were like "really?"
"We were a little bit embarrassed when he said it. W were like "OK, what do we say to that?"
We were also given the gossip about what life's like in the X Factor house - click below to hear the girls talking about their time living there...
The KM Group has teamed up with Liquid nightclub to give readers and listeners the chance to win tickets to the series of Friday night concerts with the stars of X Factor as they leave the show.
Listeners to KMFM can win tickets to next week's concert in Maidstone by listening to drivetime with Rob Wills, or there's also a chance to win in the What's On guide of any KM newspaper.
