A TEENAGE motorcyclist died last night from injuries he received earlier in the evening when his machine was in an accident near Folkestone.

The identity of the 18-year-old from the Sittingbourne area will not be released until relatives have been informed.

Police spokesman John Green said: "It happened at 9pm on the sea wall near Charles Cobb Close at Dymchurch and we are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

"We believe he lost control of his Midas motorbike while riding over a ramp and he died en route to The William Harvey Hospital in Ashford."
