A motorbike rider was injured in a crash with a truck on the London-bound M20 today.

The incident happened at junction 3 at around 11am and left the rider of the blue Yamaha bike seriously hurt.

He was taken to hospital by land ambulance - despite Kent's air ambulance attending.

The lorry driver is not thought to have been injured.

Police closed the carriageway earlier today but it has now re-opened.
