A MOTORCYCLIST was injured when he was involved in a collision with a van in a Kent village.

The crash happened just after 6.25pm on Saturday in Main Road, Crockenhill, near Edenbridge.

The rider was taken to Kent and Sussex Hospital suffering from a suspected broken arm and leg.

The road was closed while the vehicles were recovered from the scene.
