PAUL BAKER: suffered a fatal head injury

TWO pairs of brothers have denied killing a 25-year-old man in a brawl outside a bar.

Paul Baker suffered a fatal head injury during the fight outside the Lounge Bar in Chislehurst, near Bromley.

Oliver O’Bryan, 23 and Christopher O’Bryan , 25, both of Half Moon Lane, Tonbridge, appeared at the Old Bailey on Friday alongside Daniel Becks-Evans, 27 and Samuel Evans, 25, both of Leas Green, Chislehurst.

Dressed in suits and ties they spoke only to confirm their names and each pleaded not guilty to the charges of manslaughter and violent disorder on May 8.

Mr Baker lived in Chislehurst and grew up in Sidcup.

His parents sat in the well of the court during the hearing.

The four defendants were remanded on conditional bail until a trial in March.
