PROPERTY expert Phil Spencer will give visitors to Bluewater Shopping Centre tips on how to get the best out of their properties in a series of free seminars on Saturday., at the award winning mortgage lender First Active’s stand.

Phil, the star of Channel 4's Location, Location, Location, who was born in Littlebourne and went to school in Sturry, will be offering information and advice for homeowners on the current housing market and how to add value to their homes.

The seminars, at mortgage lender First Active's stand, will also cover the questions you need to ask possible lenders before making a decision, costs of extending or refurbishing and tips for securing the right finances.

Phil’s seminars will be at 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. He will also take direct questions from shoppers.

In addition, visitors will get the chance to enter a free draw to win First Active’s £20,000 National Prize, which includes a £15,000 home makeover fund, plus a half-day consultation with Phil.
