The service, run by Medway Council, offers help with product information, marketing, legal advice and technical information.

Backgrounds on other businesses, manuals, reference books and handbooks are available to help in the early days.

Photocopying, fax and word processing facilities are also available at the service, based at Chatham library, Riverside.
