There have been so many inquiries about Jones Homes' planned new development in Ashford that the company is selling "off plan" before the autumn launch of its show home.

The new sales cabin for Henwood Place is now open from Thursday to Monday to show what the company will be building in Gordon Close, a private road less than two miles from Ashford International station and local schools.

When complete, Henwood Place will comprise 20 detached and semi-detached four bedroom houses.
