Firefighters were called out in the early hours to tackle a car fire.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service sent three fire engines to Dartford shortly after midnight after receiving reports of a vehicle on fire in Hawley Road.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames, which spread to two other vehicles.
A spokesman for the fire service said: “There were no reported injuries and the cause is believed to be accidental and linked to a fault in the vehicle.”
Firefighters were able to leave the scene shortly after 3am.
