M20: Lanes closed after car hits barrier between junction 6 for Maidstone and Chatham and junction 5 for Aylesford

Two lanes have been closed on the M20 this morning after a car collided with a barrier.

The accident occurred on the London-bound carriageway between junctions 6 and 5 near Maidstone.

As a result, debris is on the lane and traffic is back to junction 6.

Highways England is advising drivers to approach the area with care.
