How did this car end up on top of the roundabout instead of going round
it?

That's the question the driver must be asking himself after the Ford
Focus crashed on the roundabout on the A228, at Medway Gate in Cuxton,
Strood, today.

The crash was spotted by Medway Messenger reader, Steve Mortimer, who
took these photos just after the crash happened at about 2.30pm.

Steve said: "The blue Ford Focus was heading into Strood, but mounted
the roundabout and demolishing Chevron sign.

"No one was injured and the police arrived just as I left the area."
