A SECTION of the central barrier on the M20 was damaged this morning following a collision involving two cars.

Police were called to the incident on the coast-bound carriageway at about 8am between Junction 4 at Leybourne, near West Malling. and Junction 5 at Aylesford.

Minor congestion was caused while the cars were moved onto the hard shoulder. The cause of the crash is unknown and there were no reported injuries.
