Astonished passers-by in a Kent town centre had to dodge flying furniture when a man decided to throw the contents of his first floor flat into the street.
The bare-chested man hurled a television, a table and other items into Rochester High Street.
A passer-by said: "When he dropped the television it sounded like a bomb had gone off. When the police turned up he just calmly told them he would be down in a minute."
The man was arrested and given an £80 fixed penalty notice for disorder.
