AN INQUEST into the death of a 15-year-old girl has been opened and adjourned by a coroner.

Tabitha Pares Mingle, a pupil at the Hundred of Hoo School, near Rochester, was found dead at her home in Knights Road, Hoo, on Wednesday of last week.

School principal Anthony Williams has paid tribute to the teenager. The cause of her death is not yet known.
