TWO men were arrested after being filmed fighting in Margate by Thanet Police’s mobile CCTV unit. Operators of the unit contacted police after a 25-year-old man was seen acting aggressively outside a pub in Marine Terrace on Saturday night. He was approached by a 26-year-old man who head-butted him.

The pair then began fighting. One man was arrested at the scene and another a few minutes later.
