This shocking CCTV footage shows the moment a thug callously
swung a cat around by its tail.

The incident happened outside the Camden Arms pub in Ramsgate on
Saturday, October 29, at around 8.30pm.

A man is seen walking down the road, swinging the cat
sadistically at arms-length for more than 20 seconds, narrowly
missing parked cars.

Passers-by appear to confront the man after he crosses the
road.

RSPCA Inspector Caroline Doe said: "This was a very violent,
nasty attack on a cat. Anyone who witnessed this outside the pub
must have been as shocked and appalled as we were.

"We are hoping that someone will recognise this man and come
forward so we can investigate this fully."

The terrified cat ran away following the incident. It is not
known whether the animal was injured.
