Wearing balaclavas and overalls, this is the moment two robbers launched a terrifying raid on a newsagent's.
The men tied up two people and escaped with a bag full of cash from McColl's in Orion Road, Rochester.
The robbers - one carrying a metal bar - forced their way into the shop by following the milkman through the back door.
Once inside, they tied up both the milkman and the female staff member before emptying the safe and putting the cash in a black bag. They left in the direction of nearby Association Walk.
The milkman suffered minor injuries to his face when he tried to stop the robbers getting into the shop.
The duo are said to be white, in their late 30s to early 40s and were wearing gloves during the raid, at about 5.50am on Wednesday, September 26.
Detectives have now released this CCTV image of the robbery in progress as well as another showing two men Kent Police would like to speak in connection with the robbery - and other robberies in the Medway area.
Investigators are linking the robbery to two others at a McColl's in Admirals Walk, Chatham, earlier this year. The first was at 5.15am on March 5 when the manager of a newsagent was tied up by balaclava-clad robbers. The second was at 9.50pm on April 29.

The Rochester store was also robbed on Wednesday, August 29, when two men who threatened staff at knifepoint made off with thousands of pounds.
