A 29-year-old disabled woman missing from home since Friday, November 10, returned home on Thursday night of her own free will.
Relatives and friends of Charlotte Harley, of Belmont Road, Ramsgate, had been particularly concerned as she requires daily medication.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "She is now back safe and well with her family. We would like to thank the media for their support in trying to locate Charlotte."
