Two locations in Chatham have been searched as part of one of the biggest operations involving Kent Police.
Police say they cannot confirm the addresses of the properties.
Cleveland police are also involved and a total of 31 people have been arrested, 16 have been charged and 50 locations have been searched in the operation which is now into its third day.
Police have seized cocaine, cash and firearms during the raids, which took place across Kent, south London and Teesside.
Leading the national operation, detective inspector Thomas Richards from Kent Police’s Serious and Organised Crime Unit said: "I’m extremely pleased with the results of the operation so far. The figures speak for themselves.
"Whilst we’ve probably peaked in terms of the number of arrests, there is still a huge amount of work to do.
"This operation proves how effective and efficient the criminal justice system can be when law enforcement agencies pool their expertise and resources and work collaboratively together towards a common goal – enhancing people’s quality of life."
