It may have been finger sandwiches rather than jelly and ice
cream on the menu in Gravesend today - but it was still quite a
party.
More than 500 school children took part in
a parade through the town centre to celebrate the
royal wedding.
Of course no royal knees-up is complete without
entertainment - so the children then introduced to the
delights of Queen for the first time, courtesy of a Freddie Mercury
impersonator.
