Students from the Medway campus of Canterbury Christchurch proudly paraded through Rochester on Saturday.

Around 100 students, dressed smart in mortarboards and gowns, set off from the 18th-century doorway of the Corn Exchange before taking their seats for the graduation ceremony in the historic surroundings of Rochester Cathedral.

Family and friends watched proudly as each student was presented with their degree by Hazel Colyer, the university’s dean of health and social care.
