Misha Caesar was injured at Dartford's Central Park
by Keith Hunt
A teenage girl was left with serious injuries after she was attacked in a skate boarding park in Dartford, a court heard.
Misha Caesar was left with four broken ribs and damage to her lung and spleen.
But the teenager accused of causing the damage, Clinton Easy, was cleared of inflicting grievous bodily harm to her.
The 19-year-old, of Priory Hill, Dartford, denied the charge.
Maidstone Crown Court heard Miss Caesar, 17, was in Central Park with friends on September 23 last year when Easy arrived with his brother and rapper friend Sean Dixon, 21 - known as Rage.
Miss Caesar, a student, asked Easy for £15 he owed her from the sale of a laptop computer.

Easy told her he did not have it and an argument ensued, the court heard. He was then alleged to have attacked her and kicked her.
One witness said he heard "a massive thud" and then saw Miss Caesar holding her side and gasping for air.
She lifted her top up and there was an imprint of a boot. An ambulance was called and she was taken to hospital.
Easy, who had hopes of being a professional footballer, said in evidence that Miss Caesar had been shouting and screaming at him.
"I explained I had no money,” he told the jury. "I said to give me a couple days to give her the money back. I started to feel intimidated."
Questioned by prosecutor Theresa Starr, he denied he became angry.
"I believed she was going to attack me," he said. "She was shouting and spitting. I walked away."

Miss Starr suggested he did not walk away until he had gone up behind her and kicked her hard.
"That’s not true," he replied. "I am trained to kick a football, not people."
Easy, who has previous convictions for actual bodily harm and attempted robbery, said he was wearing shoes similar to plimsolls.
Sean Dixon said after the row with Miss Caesar, Easy shook his head and walked off. "I didn’t see any physical contact between them," he added.
