A coffin - unused and open to offers - was among the items for sale at an Ashford boot fair this weekend.

The macabre object, on sale at Ashford's Cattle Market boot fair on Sunday, was spotted by bargain hunter Ann George.

She said: "I have never seen anything like this before. A coffin advertised as - new and unused and open to offers".

"What made me laugh was he had a book on top of the coffin about healthy eating."
