A PETROL station is making a stand against thieves and yobs who constantly target his premises.
And his staff have been instructed to ban anyone they recognise from his "rogues' gallery" which he has compiled from CCTV footage.
David Charman, owner of Parkfoot Garage at Larkfield, has banned people wearing hoodies and baseball caps from the service station and has put up his own gallery of people he claims are persistent offenders.
He said people regularly take petrol and drive off without paying, and steal from the shop, and although the offences are reported to the police, those responsible are never caught.
Mr Charman said: "There are a few people that we have constant problems with, and although we inform the police there's very little they actually do apart from take the details and then you don't hear anything else.
"I know it is very difficult for the police but if you drive up the road a few miles faster than the limit they are very good at catching you for that."
