POLICE are hunting a cyclist who exposed himself to an eight-year-old girl in a play area.

Now police are asking parents to extra vigilant after the incident just off Moonstone Drive, Lordswood.

It happened between 5.30pm and 5.42pm on Wednesday.

A spokesman for Medway Police said: "The girl was playing hide and seek with her friend. As she was hiding, the offender approached her on his bicycle and exposed himself.

"The man is between 30 and 40, about 5ft 10in and of medium build. He was wearing a blue T-shirt, navy blue short and a light navy blue sun hat."
