A CYCLIST suffered head injuries after he was involved in a collision with a van this morning.

Police and ambulance crews were called the scene at the junction of Pembroke Road and Heath Road, Coxheath, at 6.40am.

The cyclist, who is believed to have been on a paper round, was taken to Maidstone Hospital.

There were no other reported injuries.
