We mark the 60th wedding anniversary of The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh with a selection of pictures of their visits to Kent.

The Queen, the first British monarch to reach a diamond wedding anniversary, and the Duke visited Malta on Tuesday where they began their married life.

They celebrated their anniversary with more than 2,000 guests, including 30 family members, at Westminster Abbey on Monday - where they married on November 20, 1947.
