The awards are a wonderful chance to recognise and reward Kent's exceptional children, young people and their families.
They are a celebration of truly good news in our communities, including bravery, heroic efforts, selfless care, dedication and commitment.
Award categories include Courageous Family and Outstanding Charity as well as the main ones for children and young people.
The categories for youngsters, aged up to 16, include Triumph Over Adversity, Young Fundraiser, Going for Gold and Exceptional Carer.
Ward and Partners Charitable Fund stage a colourful and magical awards ceremony each for some of the county's most remarkable young people and their families.
The occasion is a real treat of fun and joy for all those shortlisted for an award. This year there is a pirate theme and the awards event is packed with fun and entertainment as well as being incredibly moving.
Each nominee at the ceremony receives a specially selected small gift and certificate on the day. Main prizes for winners are chosen to treat young people to something they really enjoy or want to do.
They have included providing special equipment, from laptops to an electric piano, as well as experiences, and trips out.
Penny Mosdell, mum of Harry, seven, winner of the Triumph Over Adversity award in the six to 11 age group in 2013, is desperately proud of her game young son and wanted to show him just how much so when she nominated him.
She said: "Winning the award was a great way to show Harry how proud we all are. He really deserved it.
"It was quite an emotional process filling in the nomination seven years later and thinking back through everything he had been through, but I am so glad I did it.
"Attending the Ward's ceremony was a fantastic experience as well as deeply moving, listening to the other children’s stories."
The deadline for nominations is Sunday, October 19.
