The incident occurred in Castleview Road, Rochester, between 2.15am and 2.30am on Friday, September 7.
The victim, a boy of 17, was walking along the road with two friends when they were approached by two men who began talking to them.
It is then alleged that one of the men threatened the boy and demanded money. The boy handed over his wallet and the suspects ran away in the direction of Jersey Road. The wallet did not contain any cash.
