YOUNG Dominic Fagon was the kind of son any mother would have been proud of.
With a cheeky smile and a twinkle in his eye, the 10-year-old could charm his way in and out of almost any situation.
Dominic known as Dom was a keen sportsman until he was referred to hospital after suffering from breathlessness.
Tests revealed that he had a malignant tumour around his heart and he died later that day. His funeral took place on Wednesday.
His devastated family and friends have paid tribute to Dom, who was a pupil at Warren Wood Primary School, Rochester.
Mum Carol Smith, of Pickwick Crescent, Rochester, said: "His smile was amazing it lit up everything. He was just such a charmer and never had a bad word to say about anyone."
His head teacher Peter Whistler said: "Dominic is sadly missed by the whole Warren Wood school community."
