Hyde New Homes is working with Berkeley to provide 43 shared ownership properties at South Shore, on the Victory Pier development in Gillingham.

One-bedroom flats at the re-developed quayside are available from £35,000, based on a 35% share of the full market value of £100,000. Two-bedroom flats start from £51,625 for a 35% share of the full market value of £147,500.

The development, which is part of a major regeneration site, is on the Medway waterfront.
